On April 2, the 2021 "millions of talents prospering Chongqing" well-known university talent introduction activity, sponsored by Chongqing human resources and Social Security Bureau and undertaken by Chongqing Talent Exchange Service Center, was held in Southwest University. As one of the talent introduction units, our hospital participated in the recruitment activities.

At the recruitment fair, our staff conducted on-site recruitment activities such as introduction, interview and exchange, resume screening and so on for the personnel who came to apply for the job.

In this recruitment, our institute provides dozens of scientific research posts, with the education requirements of master's degree or above. There are a lot of candidates coming to apply for jobs, and there are more than 100 people who have consulted our hospital for employment. The activity scene was crowded with a warm atmosphere. By the end of the recruitment fair, more than 10 doctoral students and more than 40 master's graduates delivered resumes.

Since the beginning of this year, in order to promote the development of scientific research, our college has been constantly expanding the channels for the introduction of high-level talents, not only recruiting talents from the society, but also actively exploring high-quality talents in various well-known universities, striving to provide strong talent support for our future development. Next, our recruitment team will go to Sichuan University, University of Electronic Science and technology and other universities to recruit talents.
